How to Get the Most Out of Your Sculpt Roller
Share
The Nyxel roller is built to deliver real results, but like any tool or technique consistency matters. Here’s how to use it properly and make every session count.
Use it on clean, dry skin or with an oil
For best results, apply a body oil or lotion before rolling. This reduces friction and helps the roller glide smoothly while allowing deeper pressure to reach the tissue beneath.
Always roll toward the heart
Lymphatic drainage follows a specific direction. Roll upward on the legs (toward the groin), inward on the arms (toward the armpits), and downward from the neck toward the chest. Rolling in the right direction supports natural fluid movement rather than working against it.
Apply firm but comfortable pressure
You want enough pressure to stimulate circulation, but not so much that it causes pain. Start lighter and build up as your body gets used to it.
Target problem areas for 3–5 minutes
Focus on your thighs, stomach, upper arms, or wherever you carry the most tension or visible cellulite. Consistency in these areas is what drives visible change over time.
Use it regularly — ideally daily
The results from lymphatic stimulation are cumulative. Short daily sessions (even 5–10 minutes) will outperform occasional longer ones. Morning use can reduce overnight puffiness; evening use can help your body wind down and drain after a long day.
Stay hydrated
After any lymphatic drainage session, drink water. Flushing the system properly helps the waste your body just mobilised actually leave your body.
Track your results
Take photos every two weeks in the same lighting. Changes in cellulite texture and bloating are gradual, photos help you see progress that’s easy to miss day-to-day.
